This could easily be one of my favorite IIN recipes.  The flavor combination here is, in my opinion, one of the best.  Brussels sprouts are easily my favorite vegetable and doing different things with them is a lot of tasty fun.  Most people know that Brussels sprouts are a superfood that has many health benefits, it is a lot like kale in that way.  However, Brussels sprouts have a distinct flavor profile that adds an unmistakable flavor.  That flavor combined with sweetness of the cherries and the buttery roasted pine nuts leaves a dish that you’ll always want to come back to.
