Although there are several different ways to make granola, many of which are not particularly healthy.  Whenever you decide to purchase granola believing that you are making a healthy choice, make sure you read the label first.  This particular granola recipe is something that you do not have to worry about.  There are many variations to this, but for practical sake, I like to feature this one because of its use of the increasingly popular Goji berry.

This recipe is considered a superfood recipe mainly because there are many health benefits contained in each ingredient used here.  Chia seeds, almonds, oats, coconut palm sugar, as well as the cinnamon and Himalayan sea salt all have a tremendous amount of health benefits.  Since Goji berries are less popular, here are some of the great benefits these little berries possess:
